Today my friends we are coming with a new topic about computers which we read in the yesterday post and it is called " WORD PROCESSING SOFTWARE IN MICROSOFT WORD" Today we will learn about word processing. So without any laziness let's get started:

Word processing software generally is used for making text based documents in computers. And it usually includes typing, ending and formatting of words and many more features. The most common known word processing software is Microsoft Word or MS word.

⏩Five steps to open a newly document in word:

Friends, if you want to create a new document in word, you must follow these steps:

1)  Click on file in the menu bar to open the file menu.

2) Select new option from the main menu and new dialog box is displaced in window.

3) Click on blank document icon.

4) Click on document button in the create new box on the bottom right corner.

5) Now click on OK button and you are successful in opening a new document in word.

⏩TEXT ALIGNMENT TYPES:

We well know that there are different types of text alignment. Here we learn about its types shortly.

⏩1.  Left Alignment:

Text is said to be left aligned if it is aligned to the next margin of the page.

⏩2. Centre Alignment:

When the text is centered between the left and right margin, it is said to be center aligned.

⏩3. Right Alignment:

Right alignment refers to the text when it is aligned to the right margin of the page.

⏩4. Justified Alignment:

This feature aligns a paragraph on both left and right margins.

⏩Print view in Word Processing:

Friends, the print view option allows how a document will appear on paper, without actually printing the document.

To see Print Preview:

Click on file in the menu bar.

Click on Print Preview option in drop down menu.

Now we discuss about Word Wrap feature of word:

⏩WORD WRAP FEATURE OF WORD:

First of all start entering text by pressing keys on the keyboard. You should keep typing continuously and never press the enter key to come to next line until you want to change the paragraph. The text will come in the next line on its own as you continue typing. This feature is known as Word wrap.
